Showers, coffee, ice cubes: comfort on board thanks to solar energy!

If you follow us on Instagram, you probably already know that we installed a 400W solar system with our FLINflex tex solar modules on a Dufour 360 for a customer in August.

At the customer's request, we also planned and installed the entire charging infrastructure with high-quality Victron Energy components.

We are already delighted with the positive feedback from Fritz and his wife, who set off for the Mediterranean with their sailing yacht and our solar system. 

Fritz reports that the photovoltaic system and the other electrical installations are working perfectly. Thanks to the solar panels, enough energy is generated to have hot water for the shower in the morning, to make coffee with the coffee machine, to get ice cubes from the ice machine and even to blow-dry the hair. In addition, the desalination system can produce fresh water when needed - pure comfort on the high seas.
